Aveo Newstead required an effective brand and content strategy to change perceptions around what retirement lifestyle looks like.

Our solution was to create a brand platform on the foundation – Your retirement, elevated. This was communicated with, what some might say ‘an unexpected approach’, but truly reflected the luxury offering at Aveo Newstead.

Through the eyes of the residents

Our goal was to tell the authentic story of life at Newstead. We enlisted the help of real residents to depict their way of living – lifestyles that go beyond traditional expectations of retirement.

The brand language reflected this through elevated photography, typography and language. This visual style was brought to life in a national television campaign and rolled out across printed collateral, signage and digital.

A new community

From strong brand foundations; the story of resident Hugh continues to evolve over multiple campaigns, building national recognition for Aveo. Newstead has become a new benchmark in retirement communities Worldwide.
