Rosewood Green

Rosewood Green, a boutique development in south-east Queensland tasked us to reboot their brand. We created a brand narrative around discovery and future in a progressive rural location.

New beginnings

Rosewood Green needed a new direction, a fresh brand identity and content strategy to rekindle buyer appeal.

Through deep market research, we sought to reflect what is unique about the area and offering, discovering a well-appointed village with great connectivity and amenity. Our approach was to create a brand that reflected this charming rural lifestyle.

Finder’s keepers

Our brand positioning; Land to roost, captured a country essence through the use of a hero character; Kevin the Rooster. The brand also aspired to create a sense of discovery – uncovering a new lifestyle and way of life.

A customer journey followed Kevin through multiple touch points of the brand, including; digital content strategy, online house and land finder, printed collateral and a full sales display suite.

The grass is greener

With our strong brand approach and digital content strategy, Rosewood Green sales and enquiries have reached new highs since first launching to market in 2017.
